Founder & HR Architect
Andrew is the founder of The HR Strategy Agency and an HR Architect with more than 20 years of public- and private-sector HR leadership experience.
His experience spans HR strategy, compliance, risk management, workforce systems, workplace investigations, and leadership development. Whether he is strengthening an internal HR team, rewriting a handbook, navigating a sensitive concern, or building a leadership academy, the goal is the same: create practical systems that help people lead well.
A senior bench behind the work
The right people, on the board.
The HR Strategy Agency is founder-led, but it is not a one-person practice. Andrew draws from a trusted network of senior HR and employee-relations professionals when an engagement calls for additional capacity, specialized depth, or another experienced perspective.
Senior from the start
The professionals supporting the work bring real-world HR and employee-relations judgment to the table.
Built around the assignment
The team is shaped to the work—whether the need involves strategy, policy, investigations, or leadership development.
One accountable lead
Andrew remains the lead strategic partner, keeping the work aligned, the communication clear, and the relationship connected.

Understand the people, operating context, and stakes before defining the response.
Clarity over complexity
Translate difficult HR issues into decisions and tools leaders can actually use.
Integrity in the process
Approach sensitive matters with independence, consistency, respect, and disciplined documentation.
Build for the organization
Create solutions around the culture and business—not a generic template.
